Getting Started Hi there! You want to add stuff on this wiki? This article sums up the few things you should know before you start. This page contains the essentials of editing. Aside from the information on {{External image}}, all of this applies to pretty much every wiki. This page can only list so much information before it becomes overwhelming. If you want to know more specific information, then have a look at this page. If text alone doesn't help you out, you can always reach out for help in the various Discord servers. Happy editing!

Getting Started

First you have to create yourself an account to be able to edit the wiki (in the top right hand corner). To enter the editing section :

• To create a page : type in the name of the page you want to create, and click 'Create'.
• Click 'Edit' on existing pages.

Basic formatting

The Cities:Skylines Creators wiki uses MediaWiki as a framework, just like Wikipedia. Here are a few tags that MediaWiki uses:

Please always prefer to use images stored outside the Wiki rather than uploading images to the wiki.
